SUPERVISION JOURNEY

WHAT TO EXPECT

Supervisees receive individualized competency and skill-based supervision and professional development and are challenged to practice in a consciousness way. Supervisees will review tasks list items, receive tasks to increase skills and accrue unrestricted hours, as well as engage in meaningful activities and discussions to increase readiness to enter the field.

  • Supervision from a humanistic perspective that will allow you to work with multiple populations

  • Structured activities to help develop your skills to become a competent BCBA

  • Activities that will work towards unrestricted hours ( example- mock assessments and reports, trainings, etc.).
